Documentation Charges:

1. A California State or International Phytosanitary Certificate is $95.00 USD.

2. There are additional charges to obtain separate official documents attesting to: Origin of Seed, that seeds are from virus free fields or third party testing of seed using virus indexing.

Import Permit Requirements:

In order to clearly understand the Importation requirements of each country all Import Permits need to be written in English. If the Import Permit is written in a language other than English please have an official English translation attached.

This is a requirement set out by our Agriculture Officials in Hawaii. By providing us with these documents it enables us to obtain the Certification quicker and in turn shipping seeds out faster.

Shipping:

Seed orders will be shipped using FedEx or DHL unless otherwise requested. A shipping quote will be given for each specific order.

All quoted prices are US Dollars and are based on a wire transfer, Western Union or cash basis. Credit card orders will be charged 4.5% higher to cover our costs for processing. In addition, our clients pay all wire transfer costs associated with the transaction, which includes Correspondent Bank fees. These fees are usually $25.00 USD and we add this to the invoice price.

Return Policy:

We guarantee the viability of all of our seed as advertised. We will refund the purchase price of seeds or replace them at our discretion with 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase there is no return or claim on seeds for lack of germination. Special order seeds , ones that have been ordered in non stock packaging or as a special item, are levied a minimum restock charge of 20% plus any shipping and documentation charges incurred. We reserve the right to refuse returns of special order seeds at our discretion. Aloha Seed & Herb is not liable for any charges of damage or loss of crop or seed due to shipping or factors beyond our control. Aloha Seed & Herb ships seed worldwide in strict adherence to International regulations set by the industry and USDA. If seeds are purchased and requested by the client to be shipped in any way other than our given policy, we accept no responsibility for loss of seeds or requests for return and refunds.
